Woody's Diner: Decades Parent Meeting on April 23
Youth & Parent Meeting
Sunday, April 23
All hands on deck! We need all youth and their parents to attend an important meeting on April 23 at 6:30 p.m. to plan for our youth fundraiser, Woody's Diner: Decades.
There will be many volunteer needs, so please sign up now to help us get everything covered. We want this to be a quality event to show our appreciation for Woodhaven families and help them learn about our upcoming missions trips.
Woody's Diner: Decades
When: May 6, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (with two "seatings": 5:00 - 6:15 p.m. and 6:45 - 8:00 p.m.)
Where: Woodhaven Fellowship Hall
Why: To raise funds for the ASP mission trip
What: This annual youth fundraising event will be focused on family, fun, food and fellowship. We'll have tickets to sell for each time slot. (Sales will begin April 9.) The event will be themed around the decades from the '50s to the '80s.
How: Youth will be waiters and will wear decade themed clothes. We'll have a 20-minute performance/ activity that the youth will lead during each time slot. Seniors will have an opportunity to emcee. We'll also include a mission presentation where youth can share stories about their experiences on previous trips. We'll provide pledge cards on the tables, so our guest will have an opportunity to support Woodhaven youth with prayers and donations.
Who: All hands on deck! We need your help. Please sign up for a volunteer position now.

Wednesday Night face time opp
Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:35 p.m.
Held in Youth Haven (downstairs under the Fellowship Hall)
Join us on Wednesday nights in 2017. This spring, we'll chew on the reasons why we believe what we believe as Christians. We'll explore the evidence for the truth of Christianity, and our hope is that each week will give you a stronger desire to trust Christ daily. As always, friends are welcomed. Contact email@example.com.
